At Compose, we've always had a passion for healthy, tasty meals. Our story begins with a simple question: how can we make every lunch balanced while offering a unique and personalized culinary experience?

Convinced of the importance of a successful lunch break, the 2 founders Christophe & Yann, friends for life, came up with the COMPOSE concept with the aim of creating a tailor-made canteen combining fast food and balanced cuisine. From the outset, Compose has been committed to offering balanced meals that meet everyone's tastes and nutritional needs. We believe that every lunch should be a perfect combination of flavors, nutrients and fun. That's why we offer you the opportunity to compose your own meal, choosing from a varied selection of fresh, healthy ingredients.
Today, our 24 restaurants are frequented by people of all generations and budgets looking for a quality lunch break at a very good value. All year round from Monday to Friday between 11.30 am and 3.30 pm and between 7 pm and 9 pm. On Saturday between 11.30 am and 3.30 pm.
