At Compose, we’ve always been passionate about healthy, delicious meals. Our story began with a simple question: How can we make every lunch balanced while offering a unique and personalized dining experience?

Convinced of the importance of a satisfying lunch break, the two founders, Christophe and Yann—who are friends in real life—conceived the COMPOSE concept with the goal of creating a custom-tailored cafeteria that combines fast food with balanced cuisine. From the very beginning, Compose has been committed to offering balanced meals that cater to everyone’s tastes and nutritional needs. We believe that every lunch should be a perfect combination of flavors, nutrients, and enjoyment. That’s why we invite you to build your own meal by choosing from a wide selection of fresh, healthy ingredients.
Today, we have 24 restaurants frequented by people of all ages and budgets looking for a quality lunch break and excellent value for money. From 01/01 to 31/12 from Monday to Friday between 11.30 am and 3.30 pm and between 7 pm and 9 pm. On Saturday between 11.30 am and 3.30 pm. Closed on Sunday.
