The familiar: mountain parmesan reggiano, mozzarella di bufala, buratta, gorgonzola, DOP balsamic vinegars, Parma ham, porchetta,
guanciale, risotto, Apulian antipasti, artisan panettone, Siena panforte, Langhese hazelnuts, tiramisu...
And the sharp stuff : culatta, Bologna IGP mortadella (classic, with pistachios or truffles), baked pancetta, black pig coppa, truffle gran biscotto, fennel sausage, pecorino romano "cappato nero", provolone mandarone, buffalo blue cheese, dry or smoked ricotta, puntarelle or cime di rapa in oil, pistachio pesto, pane guttiau, anchovy colatura, mostarda, amaretti with chinotto, bergamot liqueur, craft beers, local wines...

At the heart of it all are farmers, artisans and small-scale producers who strive to produce their products with respect for tradition, taste, the environment and, of course, people.

Through them, we guarantee the principles defined in 1986 by the Slow Food movement: 1/ to defend biodiversity, 2/ to support virtuous and sustainable agricultural practices, 3/ to perpetuate regional cultures and their diversity. Lastly, to be guarantors of what the act of eating should be: an experience of sharing, discovery, generosity and sincerity.
Just like Italy and its gastronomy.

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 8 am and 12.30 pm and between 4 pm and 7 pm. On Saturday between 8 am and 7 pm.
Closed on Monday.
